    In the power system factories and enterprises have a large number of electrical equipment. Most of its internal insulation is oil-filled insulation type. Dielectric strength test of insulating oil is a necessary routine test item. In order to adapt to the rapid development of the power industry, our company is the first in China to develop a BL-210A Transformer Oil BDV Tester (Single Cup).     ● Single oil cup table structure. With microcomputer control, it can automatically complete a series of operations such as boost, hold, buck, stir, static release, display calculation and print, etc. It can be used for insulation oil withstand voltage test within the range of 0-80kv.

    ● Large screen lattice liquid crystal display, internal backlight system, even at night can be clearly visible, the test process through the Chinese menu prompts, easy to operate the test personnel.

    ● This instrument is simple to operate, the operator only needs to input simple instructions according to the instructions, the instrument will automatically complete the insulation oil withstand voltage test according to the Settings. Each breakdown voltage value will be stored automatically. After the test, the printer will be opened to print out the breakdown voltage value and average value.

    ● This instrument is equipped with automatic and computer controlled manual test two ways, in the test before the test can be changed, flexible, greatly improve the practicability of the test instrument.

    ● This instrument is adaptable and easy to carry. It can be used in laboratory and outdoor field test. The instrument also has strong anti-interference ability and can work normally under strong electromagnetic field environment.

    ● This instrument has protection devices such as overvoltage, overcurrent and automatic return to zero, which absolutely guarantee the safety of the instrument itself and the operators under normal use.
