Introduction

    Vacuum circuit breaker is a commonly used method to judge whether the vacuum degree of vacuum tube is deteriorated or not. It is a power frequency withstand voltage method. This method is only able to judge the quenching chamber with serious deterioration of vacuum degree. When the vacuum degree is deteriorated to 10^-2～10^-1Pa, the breakdown voltage is not reduced, but the arc extinguishing chamber is not qualified.
